A 6-month contract project manager role is available for a software development company. The role involves coordinating components of utility CIS software implementation projects, maintaining project plans and timelines, and providing clear communication to stakeholders. The position can be performed remotely or from the office in Winooski, VT, with travel up to 75% possible. The company is a division of Harris and is headquartered in Winooski, VT.
Coordinate project components, maintain project plans and timelines, identify and report issues, provide clear communication and regular updates, assist in monitoring project budgets, track and report on project status, timelines, and financials, and participate in client-facing discussions.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably within software implementations or technical environments, and experience in managing project budgets ranging from $10k to over $2.5M.
