(Remote) Implementation Consultant

CIS Implementation Consultant sought for remote role with up to 50% travel, responsible for delivering enQuesta CIS solutions and associated value-added services to customers, with a focus on customer service, analytical skills, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, a related field or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of CIS and/or Utility Industry experience
• Understanding of Meter Reading Head-end Systems
• Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to listen and interpret requirements, recommend solutions and drive/participate in business process analysis sessions with customers
• Detailed-oriented and conscientious about meeting expectations
• Positive, proactive, and action-oriented attitude and approach
• Ability to effectively manage a large number of tasks simultaneously, with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to review error logs & debugging skills
• Adept at writing SQL queries
• Familiarity with S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen is a plus
