Role Overview

Join our Professional Services team as an Implementation Consultant, working remotely with a project team to deliver enQuesta CIS solutions to customers. This role involves business process requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, implementation, training, and support. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, team-oriented, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.

What You Will Do

As an Implementation Consultant, you will perform business process requirements analysis, configure software, assist with data conversion, customize training materials, and provide support during customer testing and implementation. You will also identify and mitigate issues, deliver services with high quality and efficiency, and contribute to employee satisfaction and company success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of CIS and/or Utility Industry experience
• Understanding of Meter Reading Head-end Systems
• Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Ability to assess information to make autonomous conclusions quickly and effectively
• Detailed-oriented and conscientious about meeting expectations
• Positive, proactive, and action-oriented attitude and approach
• Ability to effectively manage a large number of tasks simultaneously
• Ability to review error logs & debugging skills
• Adept at writing SQL queries
