Job description
As an Implementation Consultant at Snyk, you will own project delivery from kick-off to closure for customer implementations, leading and managing multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously. You will facilitate customer outcomes across various teams, manage and optimize Snyk Onboarding practices, and communicate regularly with project stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities will include delivering value to customers, leading onboarding engagements, managing Snyk Onboarding practices, and communicating with project stakeholders. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support to accelerate customer onboarding.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 3+ years of technical consulting, SaaS software implementation, or customer-facing experience as a technical lead. You should have a working knowledge of SDLC and DevOps methodologies, and be able to facilitate hands-on technical work and excellent client and project management skills.
