Requirements
- Leading, motivating, and developing kitchen teams to exceed business expectations
- Overseeing food production to ensure dishes meet specification, quality, and presentation standards
- Managing stock, ordering, storage, and operational processes to minimise waste and maximise efficiency
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, including staffing, documentation, and equipment maintenance reporting
