HR Business Partner Portugal / Talent Acquisition & People Development Consultant

The HR Business Partner Portugal / Talent Acquisition & People Development Consultant will lead the Human Resources function within their area of responsibility, acting as a strategic partner to the assigned business unit and serving as an internal consultant.

Requirements

• University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Psychology or Business
• Master's degree in Human Resources is an asset
• Functional experience in Labor Relations, Recruitment and People Development
• Availability to travel to Portugal up to 20% of the time
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (HR BP / Talent Acquisition and People Development)
• Fluency in English and Portuguese. Knowledge of Spanish will be an asset
• Experience in compliance is desirable but not a must
• Ability to understand compliance laws & regulations
• Excellent training and communication skills
