The HR Business Partner Portugal / Talent Acquisition & People Development Consultant will lead the Human Resources function within their area of responsibility, acting as a strategic partner to the assigned business unit and serving as an internal consultant.
Requirements
- University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Psychology or Business
- Master's degree in Human Resources is an asset
- Functional experience in Labor Relations, Recruitment and People Development
- Availability to travel to Portugal up to 20% of the time
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (HR BP / Talent Acquisition and People Development)
- Fluency in English and Portuguese. Knowledge of Spanish will be an asset
- Experience in compliance is desirable but not a must
- Ability to understand compliance laws & regulations
- Excellent training and communication skills
