Requirements
- University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field.
- A Master's degree in Human Resources Management is highly valued.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in international environments.
- Proven experience in coaching leaders, performance management, and employee relations.
- High level of English (minimum C1) and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and performance metrics.
