Job Description
The Building Engineer is responsible for working directly with property management and engineering management in implementing and maintaining the energy management, preventative maintenance, quality standards, operating objectives and goals of the owner and Harwood Management Services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in electrical systems, refrigeration and/or HVAC
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial HVAC systems
- Universal CFC
- Certification in either electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry, or engine repair
- Proficient in Microsoft office
