Job Description
Join Dimension Data as a Network Support Engineer (L2) - German speaking and become part of a brand new Global Delivery Centre in Prague. The role is responsible for providing second-line technical support service to clients, identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. You'll work in a team of highly skilled colleagues, receive training and certification opportunities, and broaden your skills and capabilities.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in network administration or support
- Experience supporting clients with Cisco, Juniper, Riverbed, Alcatel, Bluecoat network technologies
- Proficiency in English & German
