Join Dimension Data as a Customer Interactive Solutions Engineer (L2) - German Speaking in our brand new Global Delivery Centre in Prague. As a member of our team, you'll provide second-line technical support to clients, manage incidents, and participate in performance reviews. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in voice / video platform administration or support
- Experience supporting clients with Genesys, Alcatel, or Avaya contact centre technologies
- Proficiency in English and German
