4-5 years of experience in management consulting or similar strategic/analytical roles; Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing

5+ years of experience, strong organizational skills, high attention to detail

Strong commercial acumen, proficiency in structured finance/investments, and excellent management skills

2-3+ years of accounting experience, proficiency in Excel, and active CPA license holder or candidate

At least 10 years of experience in asset-based lending, structured finance and/or securitization. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution

Proven ability to lead complex transactions and manage multiple priorities in a high-performance environment, Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk mitigation and operational integrity, Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

2-5 years of experience in renewable energy project finance/valuation or finance/investment banking, Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution or Master’s in Finance, Economics or Business
