Director - Capital Partnerships

Seeking an individual with experience in debt product structuring, securitization, and institutional investors to join the Investment Team as a key interface with institutional investors.

Requirements

• Experience with debt product structuring, securitization, and institutional investors
• Ability to build and manage long-term investor relationships
• Knowledge of finance models and documentation involved in closing a financing transaction
• Process-oriented with ability to develop goal-oriented tasks and drive a project forward
• Ability to keep track of multiple tasks and workstreams with high attention to detail and clear sense of responsibilities within a team dynamic
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Dependable and reliable, excellent at taking initiative and being productive without supervision, and being a supportive team member
• Familiarity with energy infrastructure, energy service companies, and/or climate investing preferred
