Senior Manager - Technical Acounting

HASI is seeking a Senior Manager – Technical Accounting to join our accounting team in Annapolis, MD. This role will be responsible for evaluating the appropriate accounting treatment for our investments as well as the subsequent accounting for certain complex transactions including research and applying facts to judgmental areas of the accounting guidance.

Requirements

• Collaborating other departments to assess the impact of transaction terms on their related accounting treatment
• Drafting and reviewing accounting memos to document our accounting conclusions for our investments as well as select other technical accounting matters
• Researching accounting issues for compliance with generally accepted accounting principles
