Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Paralegal to join our dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling plaintiff-side medical malpractice cases from intake through trial preparation.
Requirements
- Experience handling plaintiff-side medical malpractice cases through HCADRO through trial.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and litigation procedures.
- Proficiency in case management and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Skilled in reviewing and organizing medical records and expert reports.
- Familiarity with coordinating depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
