Requirements
- Influencing and executing global sourcing strategies to support both operational and new product requirements.
- Leading the assessment, selection, and development of suppliers, both domestic and international.
- Negotiating agreements and managing supplier performance to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
- Collaborating with engineering, quality, finance, and operations teams to resolve issues, support new product development, and drive process improvements.
- Developing strategies to reduce sourcing risks and strengthen supplier readiness.
- Traveling up to 15% domestically and internationally to support supplier development.
