Job Description
Field Service Representative provides front line logistics and technical support throughout all phases of MCTIS supported training events. FSRs are the backbone of the support team and provide classes and instruction on each aspect of the MCTIS system.
Requirements
- Reports to contract Site Lead in all matters concerning operational support to MCTIS at the fielded location and assigned Deploy-for-Training activities.
- Issue equipment on site in accordance with the support plan.
- Delivers equipment familiarity and functionality lessons to the training unit.
- Forms part of a Contact Team to conduct the following tasks throughout an exercise:
