Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Representative (FSR) to support our United States Marine Corps customer at Twentynine Palms. This role is integral to the development, delivery, and sustainment of realistic multi-domain training environments that enable units to rehearse Information Operations, Cyber, Electronic Warfare, and complex operational problem sets inside the SITE platform.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Information Operations / Influence Operations
- Ability to translate high-level training objectives into realistic technical and scenario requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Comfort with modern software tools and web-based platforms
- Prior DoD experience, especially with USMC, SOF, or joint/coalition training environments
- Experience supporting large-scale exercises, CTC rotations, or MDO/IO scenario development
- Prior experience as a FSR, instructor, or operational planner
