Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–5 years of experience in interacting with Service Staff, Joint Staff, and OSD organizations

5 years experience in artillery unit, proficiency in AFATDS, and strong understanding of artillery communications

5+ years of experience in an operational armor unit, prior service as a US Army MOS 19K or USMC MOS 1812, working knowledge of M240 and M1A2 Abrams systems
