Program Manager

IDS is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead, oversee, and execute complex, large-scale programs supporting government and defense missions. The role is responsible for full lifecycle program leadership, including resource planning, milestone execution, cost management, personnel supervision, stakeholder coordination, and alignment with organizational and mission priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, scientific, technical, management, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in planning, directing, and managing complex projects and operations of similar size and complexity.
• TOP SECRET/SCI clearance required.
• Ability to lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight (typically less than 20 pounds).
