Job Description
Hatalom is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to support the design, development, and implementation of training solutions across a range of program requirements. The ISD will develop Computer-Based Training (CBT) for Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) and Instructor-Led Training (ILT).
Requirements
- Apply established instructional systems design methodologies across all phases of the training lifecycle
- Design and develop training solutions in support of program objectives and evolving mission requirements
- Conduct task and performance analysis to define learning objectives and align training with job requirements
