Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is responsible for providing end-to-end pre-sales support, combining technical fluency in digital transformation solutions with in-depth understanding of the company’s services and IT industry to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Insightful discussion and deep analysis to uncover client needs and business requirements
- Translate complex business challenges into practical and actionable solutions
- Collaborate closely with the Delivery Head, Technical Manager, and Solution Architect to engineer high-impact, tailored proposals
- Deliver clear and convincing presentation, aligned with client objectives and technical feasibility
- Collaborate with Partnership team to provide technical insights and effectively negotiate client requests
- Provide feedback in response to client inquiries
- Support the gathering and documentation of business and technical requirements
