We are looking for a proactive, process-driven and detail-oriented Account Manager with pharma/healthcare background to join our team.
Requirements
- Assist the Business Director in the entire creative development workflow
- Own and steer the advertising and marketing activities of assigned brands
- Front the agency and handle day-to-day client requirements directly
- Assist in new business development initiatives
- Write creative briefs to guide the creative process
- Ensure high-level quality control to deliver error-free output on time and within budget
- Organize, generate, and disseminate reports (work-in-progress, contact reports, budgetary), billing, and cost estimates
- Manage clients' own and competitive activities in local media avenues
- Contribute to operational improvements to achieve efficiencies and improved workflow
- Lead status and work-in-progress meetings
- Coordinate with media partners and/or owners regarding media booking, extension of material deadlines, and media owners’ copy vetting
- Perform any ad-hoc duties, projects, and activities as assigned by superiors or management
