Injection Molding Operator 1st Shift

Role Overview

This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for operating plastic molding machines to mold and form thermoplastic materials. The Injection Molding Operator will work in a team environment and be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area.

What You Will Do

Operate plastic molding machines, examine molded product for defects, remove product from mold, clean and reload mold, stack molded parts, and trim flash from finished product.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
