Job Description
At Hawaii State Federal Credit Union (HSFCU), we are seeking a Human Resources Senior Department Manager who is passionate about strengthening the employee experience through exceptional HR service delivery, operational excellence, and peopleācentered leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6-8 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, including senior-level leadership
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) or process improvement credentials preferred
