Customer Accounts Manager

The Customer Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, renewing lease agreements, and monitoring customer performance. This role involves communication, rapport-building, and ensuring compliance with company standards. They will also manage daily operations and assist in resolving customer issues.

Requirements

• Manages the customer accounts department, responsible for renewing lease agreements.
• Monitoring and recommending payment frequency changes.
• Immediate contact of customers with delinquent lease agreements.
• Act as a customer counselor, reselling benefits for renewal.
• Document customer information and update computer system.
• Maintain accurate customer classifications and merchandise certification.
• Supervise and schedule Accounts Advisers.
