Sales Manager

This Sales Manager role is responsible for managing the sales and marketing function in an Aaron’s store, focusing on telephone and floor sales, direct marketing, new customer growth, customer service, and store merchandising. The manager will manage daily operations, generate new business, and ensure accurate pricing and merchandising.

Requirements

• Daily merchandising the floor and showroom
• Performing duties as a floor sales and showroom sales representative
• Generating new business through apartment/business accounts
• Creating and implementing marketing strategies
• Maintaining and refreshing the showroom floor
• Handling customer identification and lease agreements
• Monitoring quality and inventory levels
• Driving the quality assurance center
• Customer communication and service
