Requirements
- 5-7 years management consultancy experience in Financial Services
- Proven track record in business analysis and process optimisation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong delivery ownership and ability to operate autonomously
- Experience applying structured process improvement methodologies
- Working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles
