Senior Associate - Process Optimisation

We’re seeking a Senior Associate, Process Optimisation, to drive operational excellence and operating-model transformation at Hayfin. The role will apply structured improvement principles to build a scalable, cost-effective, and well-controlled target-state platform.

Requirements

• 5-7 years management consultancy experience in Financial Services
• Proven track record in business analysis and process optimisation
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong delivery ownership and ability to operate autonomously
• Experience applying structured process improvement methodologies
• Working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles
