Sales Development Representative - B2B

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in driving sales growth by generating and qualifying leads. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct market research, and conduct structured outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a quota-carrying B2B sales role.
• Proven SDR outbound experience engaging U.S. prospects across phone, email, LinkedIn etc.
• Prior experience in selling Software Development services, or SaaS to U.S. / International clients.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and market analysis.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs
