Job Description
We are searching for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who will lead and manage one of our restaurant outlets, overseeing food quality, developing menus, and maintaining revenue, profitability, and quality goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of luxury hotel management experience
- Fluent in English
- WSET/CWA certification advantageous
- Computer literate and analytically skilled
- Flexible with working hours and physically fit
