Job Description
We are hiring a Chef De Partie to join our team at Hazendal Estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating appetizing dishes and ensuring food quality and kitchen equipment maintenance. The role involves working closely with other culinary employees and reporting directly to the Executive Chef.
Requirements
- 3+ years CDP Culinary experience or qualification an advantage
- Not in an active probation period
- Ability to provide top-notch service in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all culinary staff
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary
- Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed
