Sr. Product Engineer

Role Overview

This position offers a great opportunity to work on industry leading semiconductor devices, targeted for broad applications in Automotive and Industrial markets. In this role, you’ll be a member of Cost Entitlement and Sustaining PE team, tasked with supporting product lines and business P&Ls on new product introduction and legacy product sustaining activities.

What You Will Do

Own cost reduction and entitlement activities, generate daily/weekly automated data analysis reports, own customer RMA activities, interface with FAB, Assembly, and factory Test teams, drive cost reduction activities, and document gaps and lessons learned.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must be able to update/modifying existing code with innovation and improvisation focused on efficiency and test-cost reduction, good understanding of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) system architecture, and prior hands-on experience working ATE Test Equipment for IC testing.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience with software development using C++ / C / Python / JAVA
• Ability to operate ATE platforms and programming language to develop low level ATE code for Analog / Mix Signal blocks
• Good IC and test knowledge and background, across digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal
• Strong data-analysis skills
• Prior hands-on experience working ATE Test Equipment for IC testing
