Sr. Product Engineer

This position offers a great opportunity to work on industry leading semiconductor devices, targeted for broad applications in Automotive and Industrial markets. As a member of the Cost Entitlement and Sustaining PE team, you'll support product lines and business P&Ls on new product introduction and legacy product sustaining activities, including legacy product support, addressing FAB process, Assembly Yield, and Test Yield excursions.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience with software development using of C++ / C / Python / JAVA
• Ability to operate ATE platforms and programming language to develop low level ATE code for Analog / Mix Signal blocks
• Good IC and test knowledge and background, across digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal
• Strong data-analysis skills
• Prior hands-on experience working ATE Test Equipment for IC testing
