Organizational Change Manager

As an Organizational Change Manager, you'll partner with firm leadership to design and implement change initiatives, working on high-visibility strategic projects that impact our entire firm. Our team is known for its technical skill and ability to help clients address complex business issues, and we're committed to investing in and supporting our people to provide a rewarding employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation roles (professional services or consulting background preferred)
• Demonstrated success leading change on enterprise-scale initiatives such as technology implementations, process redesigns, or cultural transformations
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with partners and senior executives
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating across departments
• Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data to measure adoption and impact
