Requirements
- Progressive executive-level culinary leadership in upscale or experiential restaurants
- A sharp palate, bold creativity, and ability to balance flavor, presentation, and consistency
- Strong knowledge of international flavors, shareable menu development, and seasonal sourcing
- Experience launching or reopening high-profile restaurants preferred
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams and lead with clarity and empathy
- A collaborative mindset, you know that excellence in hospitality starts with trust and teamwork
- Calm, confident leadership, you know how to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations, P&L, labor, safety, and quality control
- Deep respect for teamwork, communication, and attention to detail
