Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience
• Direct responsibility for managing full lifecycle executive-level searches
• Executive presence and business acumen to interpret enterprise business strategies
• Cross-functional knowledge across enterprise
• Strong presentation and project management experience
• Proficiency with multiple sourcing tools and methods
• Ability to engage targeted prospects and cultivate relationships with executive talent
• Understanding of executive compensation
