Senior Director, Human Resources

Strategically leads all facets of human resources, collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COE) on associate engagement and relations, change management, coaching, talent management and development, succession planning, performance management and organizational design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a human resources leadership role.
• Sales environment experience preferred.
