The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to all staff, including reception duties, answering phone calls, delivering messages, scheduling conference calls, and maintaining office supplies. Additional responsibilities include covering the front desk, organizing and maintaining the reception area, and supporting printing and word processing.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Associate degree preferred
- Current residence in the NJ-Area preferred
