Job Description
We are seeking a Transit Practice Lead for the North Texas, El Paso, Oklahoma, Arkansas Area to manage and expand our transportation consulting business with transit agency clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing HDR’s transit consulting business with transit clients in North Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas for all modes of public transit.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in planning, engineering, or closely related field.
- 10 years or more of experience in all aspects of transit planning and engineering.
- Experience with transit agencies in North Texas, Oklahoma, and/or Arkansas.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas or ability to obtain reciprocity
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
- Good leadership and organizational skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
