Area Transit Practice Leader

HDR is seeking a Transit Practice Lead for the North Texas, El Paso, Oklahoma, Arkansas Area to manage and expand our transportation consulting business with transit agency clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 10 years experience
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
• Good leadership and organizational skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
• Master’s degree in planning, engineering, or closely related field (preferred)
• 10 years or more of experience in all aspects of transit planning and engineering (preferred)
• Experience with transit agencies in North Texas, Oklahoma, and/or Arkansas (preferred)
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas or ability to obtain reciprocity (preferred)
