Biological Resources Project Manager

Biological Resources Project Manager will lead complex natural resource projects, evaluate project effects to sensitive species, and shape ecological outcomes through expertise. The role requires physical location in Southern California and remote/hybrid flexibility. The candidate will work closely with other biologists, engineers, and project managers to support technical work across business groups, leading biological technical studies, and developing species potential-to-occur tables.

Requirements

• Master's degree in environmental, biological, or regulatory field
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Lead Biologist on projects and technical documents
• 40-hour wetland delineation course completion or equivalent experience
• Ability to identify Southern California plants using a dichotomous key
• Conduct field survey work deploying up to 5 consecutive days overnight
• Experience preparing technical documents of high quality scientific and environmental integrity
