Job Description
HDR is seeking a Business Group Manager (BGM) to lead and grow our Building Engineering Services (BES) Business Group in the Idaho Area. As Area Business Group Manager for the Building Engineering Services Business Group in Idaho, you'll help shape the future of multidisciplinary design both locally and across the region.
Requirements
- Lead and Grow: Build and lead a high-performing design team across multiple disciplines
- Inspire Excellence: Foster a strong team culture focused on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Lead with Purpose: Support company policies, mentor technical staff, and contribute to planning, proposals, and client engagement
- Drive Impact: Support projects in multiple diverse markets
- Manage Operations: Develop, implement and maintain an effective area business group program for the Building Engineering Services team
- Deliver Projects: Serve as a Project Manager, Program Manager, and/or Principal-In-Charge as applicable
- Collaborate Broadly: Work closely with regional and national leaders across business groups to align strategy, support marketing efforts, and drive growth
