Job Description
HDR is seeking a Business Group Manager (BGM) to lead and grow our Building Engineering Services (BES) Business Group in the Idaho Area. The role will involve leading a high-performing design team, fostering a strong team culture, and driving business growth through project delivery and strategic planning.

- Lead and Grow: Build and lead a high-performing design team across multiple disciplines
