Job Description
The Data Governance Lead drives enterprise-wide consistency in how HDR defines, documents, governs, and uses data, partnering with the Technology Office and Data Stewards to keep shared definitions current and accessible.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance, Data Stewardship, data quality, or analytics enablement.
- Strong understanding of core data governance concepts.
- Excellent facilitation and change leadership skills.
- Ability to define and operationalize data quality expectations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
