The Data Governance Lead drives enterprise-wide consistency in how HDR defines, documents, governs, and uses data—so teams can trust what they see, reuse data confidently, and scale analytics and AI.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance, Data Stewardship, data quality, or analytics enablement
• Strong understanding of core data governance concepts
• Experience administering or maintaining a business data glossary or catalog
• Excellent facilitation and change leadership skills
• Ability to define and operationalize data quality expectations
