Job Description
We're looking for an Economist Consultant to join our team, focusing on three main responsibilities: technical, marketing, and staff development. In this role, you'll lead loss-of-life consequence analyses for dam and levee safety projects, collaborate with emergency managers, and support integrated risk analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 5 years equivalent experience with an emphasis on the application and interpretation of research
- Experience in conceptualizing and developing economic or business models using analytical methods
- Knowledge of economic/econometric methods
- Experience with analytical packages and/or programming languages (SAS, Eviews, SPSS, Visual Basic, etc) and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
