Job Description
We are seeking a Principal to lead our Education and Science practice in the Mid-Atlantic region. The successful candidate will have experience working on large-scale science and education projects, a strong business development track record, and a commitment to sustainable design.
Requirements
- 15 years related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect
- Minimum 7 years project management experience
- Experience with biotech, pharma, or corporate science clients
- Experience with general higher education academic buildings and programs
- Extensive knowledge and experience within the local and regional science and education market
- Proven business development experience in education and science consulting industry
- Working knowledge of Revit
- Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED
- Willing to travel
- Strong team leadership, mentoring, motivational/organizational and people skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
