Job Description
The Enterprise Applications Manager will lead and oversee multiple enterprise technology platforms, including ServiceNow, Microsoft Enterprise Technologies, and other core application services. The role ensures strategic alignment, operational excellence, and value delivery across enterprise application ecosystems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field, or combination of education and relevant experience
- A minimum of 10 years IT experience, including management of multiple concurrent projects
- A minimum of 5 years experience in managing and developing staff, with direct reporting relationships
- Experience in working with business users to establish priorities and manage expectations
- Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills
