Job Description
The Enterprise Applications Manager will lead and oversee multiple enterprise technology platforms, providing direct leadership and management for ServiceNow, Microsoft Enterprise Technologies, and Enterprise Application Services teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field, or combination of education and relevant experience
- A minimum of 10 years IT experience, including management of multiple concurrent projects, a minimum of 5 years experience in managing and developing staff, with direct reporting relationships
- Experience in working with business users to establish priorities and manage expectations
- Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of performing tasks in a dynamic environment many times working under tight delivery schedules
