As the Environmental Section Team Lead, you will drive the growth of the RBG Environmental Program, identify gaps in technical services, and support staff development. You will also assist with recruitment, hiring, and client development initiatives.

- Support existing staff development
- Support recruitment and hiring process
- Assist with administrative responsibility
- Lead and coordinate services with other sections
- Support client and business development initiatives
- Demonstrate ability to establish new business relationships
- Support the growth of the Resource Business Group's environmental practice
- Be involved in marketing planning and proposals
- Work with other RBG Section Leads to cross market and support environmental services
- Be comfortable meeting with new and existing clients and presenting HDR's services
- Perform Project Management roles on various projects
- Manage technical staff and leverage resources
- Assist in ensuring that all work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated
