Job Description
Environmental Section Team Lead role involves driving growth, identifying gaps, and supporting staff development in the RBG Environmental Program. The position requires a strong leader who can establish new business relationships, grow existing accounts, and perform project management roles on various projects.
Requirements
- Drive the growth of the RBG Environmental Program
- Identify gaps in technical services and develop requisitions
- Support staff development, recruitment, and hiring
- Assist with administrative responsibility for section staff and technical service functions
- Lead and coordinate services with other sections
- Support client and business development initiatives
- Demonstrate ability to establish new business relationships and grow existing accounts
- Perform Project Management roles on various projects
- Manage technical staff and leverage resources
- Strategize and solve project delivery issues
- Work cooperatively with National Directors and marketing staff
